In order to complete the planned projects of the Hesarak Interchange and traffic flow control in Shahid Beheshti Boulevard at west of Karaj where embraces cultural buildings such as the University of Kharazmi bus and taxi terminals, three goals were set to establish in Kharazmi Interchange plan. The most important targets in this project are facilitating traffic flow at the east of Hesarak Intersection, eliminating the east notch of Hesarak intersection (over Shahid Beheshti Passage) and traffic considerations deriving from urban developments.
