Population increase and urban growth in Karaj city instigated Karaj municipality to build a multi-level parking to increase clients comfort and maintain discipline within the municipality headquarters.

It can be said that it is one of the most important projects of Karaj Municipality. The multi-level parking garage is built in an area of 21500 square meters in a sixteen-story building including ten parking floors, one auditorium floor and five administrative floors.
