The central warehouse of the company is constructed on a land of 5000 square meters in the industrial town of Safa-dasht. This complex includes 2800 square meters open store, 1000 square meters covered store, 500 square meters garage for heavy and lightweight machineries as well as spaces for the physical filing of technical  and financial documents. This warehouse is equipped with remote control systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to fully support all projects security.

Zhivar Sanat Company is the provider of technical and engineering services for the design and manufacture of steel structures (welded and bolts) in construction projects, steel industry and other related industries. This factory contains 5 halls with a total area of 9140 square meters as well as an office building with an area of 2000 square meters.
